We all need to be fit. But as mothers we always forget about our fitness. So, GGIS took the initiative and conducted a physical fitness workshop for mothers, letsbfit!
Our sports coach Priyanka ma’am started the session with warm up, followed by some recreational activities in which mothers participated with great enthusiasm.
Some easy to do exercises were also included which mothers can continue doing at home.
Mothers had a lovely time and look forward for more sessions!!
