GGIS students exhibited their skills and games at Pink Butterfly Exhibition. The students were busy in preparing for this event for almost a fortnight. They designed the games taking an inspiration from the subjects studied in school.

GGIS celebrated Teachers day on 06th September, 2016 at campus. The celebration was planned by few Mothers to express their gratitude to Teachers of GGIS . They took this initiative and started planning and practicing a month before. It was kept as a surprise for our teachers.

Making Learning Visible or MLV was held on 20th August, 2016 at GGIS. This gives an opportunity to children to present and share their learning with Parent.

GGIS celebrated 70th Independence Day. The ceremony started with an Introduction about Independence day followed by flag hoisting and National Anthem by Nursery students.
GGIS conducted the workshop for Parents and Teachers on “Building Circles of Safety – Safe Touch”.
It was an informative session by Anuja Shah about how we can develop sexually healthy children.
GGIS hosted a workshop on Theme Centered Interaction (TCI) with facilitators from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). Nishi Mitra a professor at TISS and HansGeorg Vom Berg of Switzerland, facilitated this workshop for GGIS teachers and a few selected participants from the city.
The students of Grade 1 hosted the assembly.
They started with school prayer and presented the science learning of “My Body”. They had studied about the body parts (trunk and limbs) and showcased it proudly and confidently.
