Building Trust @ GGIS
GGIS conducted a trust-building activity for all its stakeholders (Teachers, Parents and Students ). All of them were asked to share 5 expectations that they have from the other stakeholders and the promises they would like to make to them.
We were amazed to see the overwhelming response
Trust is something that we build it, grow it and sustain it.
Parents and teacher play an instrumental role in childʼs growth, so it is very important to have trust between these three stakeholders. A child will blossom only if all of them are in sync.
This year as a Part of orientation we conducted a trust building activity for all the three stakeholder – Parents, Teacher, Students.
All the stakeholders were asked to share their expectations and promises towards the other stakeholder.
There was an overwhelming participation from all the stake holders
