GGIS has adopted The Leader In Me (TLIM) Program as a part of the curriculum for the entire school. Based on the 7 Habits Of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey, TLIM is arguably the only effective program that transforms all the stakeholders of the school- Students, Teachers, and Parents at both personal and professional level.
All our teachers read the 7 Habits Of Highly Effective People and our students learn about these habits through The 7 Habits of Happy Kids and 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens clubbed with many hands-on activities.
What is the effect of this program on our students? Here is a comment by a parent of a Grade 3 child that sums up most of it.
