Yoga is an ancient art which was originated in India around six thousand years ago and now recognized by whole world.
How can we stay away from celebrating such Paramount day.This year we had an exhilarating International Yoga day celebration. GGIS had partnered with Belvedere Club for the International Yoga day event.
Our enthusiastic Student-Mother duo synergized for a stage performance. They performed several Asanas together , proving the point that Yoga is for all ages. Also our students performed a small skit explaining the benefits of Yoga in front of 400 people.
What an Enriching and Refreshing International Yoga day it was!!!
